Crazy Eights is an easy-to-learn card game for 2 to 5 players. Both speed and skill are called for in Crazy Eights making it one of the most popular card games at GameTwist.

The game is played with 104 cards (two decks): 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace in the suits Hearts, Diamonds, Spades and Clubs.

At the start of the game each player receives seven cards, which must be played as quickly as possible by following suit, number or picture. If a player cannot lay a card, he/she must take one from the deck. Note: before you lay your second to last card, you must click on ‘Last Card’. You will not be punished if you hit the ‘Last Card’ button too early.

Action Cards: the 7s, 8s, 9s, Jacks and Aces make the game even more exciting. Check the rules for details on the action cards.

At the end of every round the value of the cards still held by the players is calculated. Once a player exceeds a total of 50 or 100 points (depending on the limit chosen), he/she is eliminated from the game.
