Playing for Twists
You have the choice of playing for Twists or ranking list points in most of the games on the GameTwist website. You don't play for real money! Twists are the bonus points which you receive by doing things such as participating in a tournament or achieving certain goals in a game. You can also credit your account with Twists in the GameTwist Shop.
You can decide whether you want to play for Twists or ranking list points before entering a game in the game lobby. To do so, simply click on either the 'Twists' or 'Ranking List' tab at the top of the game lobby window.
You can only play for Twists when in the Casino Area. This is also true for Poker.
Collecting and betting Twists
You will receive Twists for participating in various activities on the GameTwist platform. For more details, please click on Twists in the Help section. You will also receive Twists if you subscribe to GameTwist. Sign up for a subscription in the Shop.
Alternatively, you can always credit your account with more Twists in the GameTwist Shop.
Playing for Twists
Select the 'Twists' tab in the game lobby before entering the game.
When playing for Twists, players' skill levels are not shown as you are only playing for Twists, which have no effect on your skill level. This is also the reason why all players are shown in white.
When starting a new game, use the slider bar to set the Twist stakes. A small percentage of this stake will be deducted as a table charge. When looking to join a game, the Twist stakes for each game are shown under the participants in the table listings. You will be shown how many Twists you have won/lost in a summary table at the end of each game.
Playing for Twists has no effect on your position in the ranking list or your skill level!
Playing for Ranking List Points
Play for ranking list points by selecting the 'Ranking List' tab in the game lobby. Playing for ranking list points has no effect on your Twists.
