Confirm e-mail address

Upon completion of your registration we will send an e-mail to the address you entered when registering. This e-mail will contain a request to click on a link in order to confirm that the e-mail address is indeed yours. Clicking on this link will take you to the login window on the platform. Simply enter your nickname and password in the fields provided, click "Log In" and your e-mail address will be confirmed. If you are already logged in, you will be shown a message that acknowledges that you have confirmed your address.

If, however, you are informed that your address has still to be confirmed, it can be that you confirmed your address in a different browser to the one you normally use to visit the platform. If you suspect this may be the case, please follow these steps: Copy the link from the e-mail and paste it into the address bar of the browser that you use for gaming at the platform. Then press "Enter". You will be taken to the platform login page. Enter your nickname and password in the corresponding fields and click "Log In". Your address will then be confirmed.

Re-sending the confirmation e-mail

If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail or accidentally delete it, you will be able to request another. To do this, log in and open any game or hover your mouse cursor over your nickname in the top right-hand corner, click on “My GameTwist” and then click on “Buy Twists” under “My Account” in the left-hand menu. If your e-mail address has yet to be confirmed you will be shown a message informing you of this. Follow the instructions in the dialogue window. Once you have clicked on "Send" button, a new e-mail will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can change your current email address.
