Loss of connection in Casino Games

Loss of connection in slot machines

Slot machines include for example Book of Ra™ deluxe or Lucky Lady’s Charm™ deluxe.

Should the game crash on your PC, the game window close or there is a loss of connection when a round is not yet completed (e.g. because other bonus games, supergames etc. are still to be played, or a win is not yet booked to your account), the game will run on the server until the end of the round or until all bonus games or supergames have finished.

If our server crashes, you will receive the most probable win at the time of the crash credited to your account as a voluntary compensation. This credit will be made within two hours of the server crashing.

Your potential gain or losses are therefore always calculated correctly, even if an unforeseen event does occur.

Loss of connection in single player games

Single player games include for example American Poker II or Blackjack.

In order for a player to receive credit for a game won, the game must be won in accordance with the rules.

If you lose the connection to the server, you can rejoin the game within the remaining playing time The playing time will still run whilst the player is experiencing a loss of connection. If the playing time runs out before you re-establish a connection with the game server, the points which you earned before the loss of connection will be awarded to your account.
